This application allows you to convert timecode into a frame number or frame number into timecode.
The application is mainly design to be used on a smartphone, but thanks to Adobe, you can use it on your desktop as an Air application.
First of all, you have to define the input / output mode between TimeCode, TimeCode with Tick (where a Tick is a value between 0 and 249 and lasts 4 milliseconds. TimeCodes with ticks are mostly used in the DCI XML subtitles) and frame number.
You can define the frame rate between 24/25 or 48 FPS :
The button with the rotate image allows you to reverse the input mode and the output mode.
Just click on the first text input to open the num pad. The green letter allows you to know the current position.
The plus button and the minus button are only available if you are using a frame number for the input mode.
The DEL button allows you to navigate back on the timecode :

If you use the plus or the minus button, the operation will only work when you click on the OK button.
